• Connected with all Central Ministries, Departments, and State Governments.

• Features more than 508 role-based access points for various government authorities.

• Provides a unique registration number for tracking grievances.

• Grievances are expected to be resolved within 21 days.

• Available through mobile applications and the UMANG platform.

• Provides an appeal mechanism if citizens are dissatisfied with the resolution.
