Sammakka-Saralamma Jatara

Telangana is preparing for the biennial Sammakka-Saralamma Jatara (Medaram Jatara), considered one of the largest tribal spiritual gatherings in the world. About the Festival

  • Also called Medaram Jatara.
  • A tribal festival held in Medaram village, located inside the Eturnagaram Wildlife Sanctuary in Mulugu district, Telangana.
